Djdeals Com Inc

Ordered 2 needles for my turntable 13 days ago, they charged me and i have yet to receive any shipping information, they don't have a phone number to call and the only contact they have is info@djdeals.com. They haven't responded to my emails and i'm in the dark about my purchase, thank god for paypal disputes :). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I ended up buying from DJDeals because their price was the lowest advertised on the net, and in the end received the product I wanted. However, dealing with their "customer service" department was a fiasco in and of itself. I received no confirmation after placing my order, and so emailed the company. At first they told me that my item was out of stock and offered me some alternatives (three to be exact, two of which were more expensive). When I asked about the availability of one of the upgraded options, I was then told that my item was indeed in stock. I inquired on the shipping info, and was told that my paypal payment was sent in the form of an e-check, and that they'd ship once my check cleared. After the check cleared, I received no response, and so emailed the company to check on shipping info. After not receiving a timely response, I initiated a claim with Paypal, in hopes that that would get the company to ship the item. Immediately I received scathing (and seemingly surprised) responses from different people in the company informing me that I was now BANNED from ever using the DJDeals.com website or service because I broke the agreement of my purchase by opening a claim with paypal. (Oh, the horror!) Turns out that they had actually shipped the item, but nobody could see fit to get back to me, and a week or so later I received it in the mail as advertised. I'd pretty much written off this purchase until I received an email from DJDeals stating the following: <snip> Recently we discovered that our competitors have been illegally falsifying negative reviews about DJDeals.com on shopping review websites. These false reviews are intended to make consumers think negatively about DJDeals.com. Please take a moment to help us counteract these false reviews with your honest, positive review. </snip> So, I decided to leave my honest, mostly negative experience. YMMV.
